LTS house is located in the center of Portugal, in the town of Santarém, is part of a resort where tranquility and harmony prevails. In a plot of 1850m2, it was intended that a house had 1 master suite and 3 suites, 1 office and a large social area with extremely high quality finishes.

The house develops on three floors, which emphasizes the intimate and the view of the innermost area of the land, the garden and pool area. The front of the house is more guarded, and on the opposite side dominates the large glasses and almost no walls, thus creating a large contact with natural light, with the landscape, with the pool that draws us to it with the deck entering in the living room area as a replica of the huge concrete block suspended over this.

On the 1st floor there are 1 masteroom and 2 suites with a total of 125m2. The master suite has the best alignment regarding the views and the architectural form, it self makes the main alignment on the ground floor and swimming pool. Large windows and minimalist forms of architecture enhances the contemporary home.

Basement has a parking for 4 cars, technical areas and gym with natural light and garden.

As used materials highlight is the stone, shale multicolor used in walls, wengé wood, the floors with glossy ceramic elements with 120x60cm and large glazing.

The house has, on the ground floor a living room that develops with a height of 6 meters only interrupted by the master suite block which is suspended over the living room and gives a shadow on this site that reaches 45 º C in summer, we also have on this floor 1 room and office and kitchen with dining area and seating area.

The house has hidden air conditioning, solar panels for water heating and underfloor heating, heated swimming, and a highly advance house domotic’s sistem
